What you'll be doing

As an Outreach Worker, you will work with people and families in need of support across Gorton, Levenshulme, Clayton and Beswick.

You will provide first class service to the community, ensuring that all families have a positive experience and improve their health and wellbeing.

What we need from you

What we will offer you in return

An annual salary of £22,496 (NJC point 12)
A permanent contract for 30 hours a week
25 days holiday (pro rata), and 30 (pro rata) once you've been here five years
