Our client, a renowned Central Government organisation is seeking an experienced Copywriter to join their organisation in a hybrid role.

The purpose of the role is to redevelop the corporate website, in line with audience feedback and needs.

Responsibilities:

Make sure information is up to date and easier to find by improving the way it is structured and labelled
Ensure information is relevant and meets the needs of our audiences
Sell in a clearly defined value proposition and benefits for the audiences, to help them understand how the organisation can help them
Introduce case studies and testimonials to allow users to see how a service or resource could be relevant to them and to help build trust and credibility
Better signpost third party information where appropriate
Use links to third party information more effectively rather than trying to reproduce content on the company website
Encourage audiences to work with the nations and regions where appropriate with clear signposting from our website
Encourage twoway communication with opportunity for audiences to input where relevant and also provide feedback to them
Improve the current provision of data and insights to ensure it is presented in an accessible format
Introduce more rich media formats (e.g. video and audio)
