Description
My client is looking for a Part time Admin Assistant starting asap on a temporary basis working 25 hours per week

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Purchase Order process
  • collating parts lists, gathering prices, checking availability of parts, issuing POs to suppliers, chasing expected delivery date (and updating team), and receipting delivery.
  • Sales Order process entry into system and job file creation.
  • Sales Order management continue to update job values as variation and additional orders are received.
  • Liaise with clients regarding delivery of equipment including collection/delivery requirement
  • Managing equipment returns
  • Telephone and general office duties
  • Compiling of the compliance documentation

Experience and Education:


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in a busy office/workshop environment
  • Must be a good team player with an enthusiastic attitude
  • Use of Microsoft Office programs, in particular, intermediate level excel skills
  • Ability to quickly learn how to use unfamiliar systems
  • Experience of telephone and general office duties
  • Experience in divisional specific programs
  • Support other departments within the company as required
Working 25 hours per week

9:30am - 3pm (Flexible)

Paying £ £11.00 per hour (Half hour lunch break)


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£10.50-£11.00 per hour
