Business Administrator - Income Team

Home based (initial two weeks training done in London office)

Up £25,000 + excellent benefits (inc. 27 days annual leave increasing to 30, training & study support, pension, private medical, corporate gym membership)


This role is home based, however you will be required to attend the London office in person for an initial training period of approximately two weeks when you first start.


Duties include:

  • Managing administrative tasks across the income department
  • Advising and assisting customers and internal staff with queries
  • Assisting in the collection of revenue, issuing instalment plans and minimising risk to maximise cash flow for the business
  • Data analysis
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Assisting the banking team, posting payments, month end tidy ups, reconciliation duties.

Skills required:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced administration role, ideally within a finance/credit control function
  • Experience of handling high volumes of queries effectively
  • As this role is working from home, you will need a proven ability to work autonomously
  • Methodical and accurate with a proven ability to focus on detail
  • Selfmotivated, ambitious and driven
  • Excellent communication skills
