Our client based in Harrogate is seeking a

Facilities

As the successful Facilities Coordinator

your duties will include:


  • Manage both reactive and planned works through to completion
  • Log all reported issues onto the inhouse system
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers and colleagues to ensure completion of all works
  • Work with the finance team to ensure paperwork is completed correctly
  • Assist in managing awarded project works from instruction to practical completion
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and statistics
  • First point of contact for third party vendors regarding operational issues
  • Ensuring complaints are escalated to the appropriate manager

Skills:


  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of property services/facilities management preferred, but not essential
  • Any trades experience is a bonus

Facilities

Coordinator role you will have a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills. In return you will receive a salary up to £24,000 per annum. Immediate start available
