As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of the lettings team, learning the ropes and diving into the property world.

The Role:

Being the friendly voice that answers phone inquiries
Welcoming potential clients with a smile at the office
Navigating inquiries to other offices or departments
Inputting applicant details and setting up viewings
Shouting about the available properties to drum up interest
Following up on viewings and sharing feedback with vendors
Assisting with viewings as needed
Hunting for new business opportunities through applicant interactions
Offering support to colleagues, especially during holidays

The Person

Eager to learn and ready to take on challenges
A natural communicator, confident and friendly
Driven by goals and excited to hit targets
Super organised and a pro at managing tasks
Customer serviceoriented with a passion to delight
Holds a full driving license and has their own transport

The Offer

Basic salary of up to £21,000
Commission structure allows you to reach up to an
OTE of £25,000:
Standard Mileage

Monday

Friday, with alternate halfday Saturdays and a full day back midweek once per month
