Based in Clydebank, our Fabulous #TeamAilsa are expanding and are now on the lookout for a reliable, chatty and upbeat *female colleagues with a calm nature to join them as
Support Practitioners.
We recruit on values and transferrable skills, so you don't need previous experience as a Support Worker or qualifications to start your career with us. We have our own Training Academy that'll give you all the skills you'll need;
We'll even fund your SVQ/SCQF qualifications and your yearly SSSC fee
The Role
Through tailored care plans, our friendly team support 4 ladies with various learning disabilities to live in their own home where they can achieve their individual goals and live their best life.
This role involves supporting people in their day to day lives, including housework, personal care, making meals and attending appointments.
As a Support Practitioners we'll need you to be flexible in your approach and be able to follow guidelines.
There's never a dull moment here as the ladies enjoy an active and social life, from knitting to dance classes and going to the theatre.
Another favourite of their pastimes is going out and about in their cars for day trips, the ladies particularly enjoy going to Largs, Loch Lomond and Oban as well as runs around the local area not to mention horse riding and trips to the spa.
As the ladies have their own mobility cars, it would be great if you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 year experience driving, but this isn't a deal breakerAll we'll need you to bring is;

- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good administration skills.
- Confidence in the use of technology.
Shift Pattern
Our team are dedicated to providing tailored care 24/7 to the ladies they support and include mornings, afternoons, late evenings and sleepovers.
- Sleepovers are paid on top of your contracted hours and you will receive an additional £87.20 per sleepover.
