Wellbeing Care Group is a small private care provider over 3 sites in the UK specialising in all types of Elderly Care, within residential settings and domiciliary care.

Our ethos is to ensure that we can meet the needs and wellbeing of all our clients through quality continuity of care.

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to work at The Broughtons, Residential Care Home in Salford, to support the Registered Manager to provide high levels of care for all residents of the care home.

Salary for the role is £22,500 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities

To manage the medication and associated processes within the home.
To support on all care plans, including transitioning to PCS and care plan reviews.
To support the Registered Manager put together the staffing rota's, along with keeping the use of agency to a minimum.
To support the Registered Manager at staff meetings as required.
To support on preassessments for residents coming into the care home.
To assist with managing rooms numbers at the care home.
To be part of the on call rota as and when required.
