Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Secure a high number of sales through being fully committed to addressing the needs of the customer, nurturing relationships with loyal customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and connect with the customer in a genuine and articulate way, ensuring that they are always your top priority.
  • Have excellent knowledge of all the brands and products we stock
  • Take initiative to drive sales and KPIs
  • Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in line with AIDA's values
  • Be proactive with product knowledge training to pass on up to date information to customers to support their buying decisions.

Operations

  • Assist with unpacking deliveries of new stock. Get merchandise shop floor ready by steaming and tagging product.
  • Maintain an immaculately organised stockroom and sales floor and high levels of cleanliness
  • Loss prevention

Shop Floor

  • Maintain the highest visual standards on the shop floor
  • Ensure restock happens daily and the shop floor is always fully replenished
  • Adopt a proactive approach to job tasks and work as a team to create a positive working environment
