Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of planning policies, building regulations, and relevant legislation
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using planning software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or related field
  • Membership or eligibility for membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g. Royal Town Planning Institute)

Pay:
£35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Planning: 2 years (preferred)
