As a result of our recent rapid growth and global expansion and our commitment to become a Net Zero business by 2040, this role is instrumental in delivering a step change in our approach to sustainability globally with a focus on internal and external reporting, implementing clear process and policies, leading projects, and educating our colleagues in the importance of sustainability for the long-term benefit of our business.

In this role:

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Biocair sustainability strategy through ensuring the accurate and effective reporting of our achievements against our goals.

The role will help drive a culture of sustainability across the business by developing communications to engage and inspire Biocair employees across the globe.

What we would like from you:

A good understanding of the key environmental legislation and the major environmental and social impacts.
A good knowledge and a record of achievement in a relevant professional environment in sustainability reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver presentations that inform, influence, and inspire.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage diverse projects, programmes, and workloads at pace.
Enjoy working as part of a crossfunctional team and the challenge of a varied range of tasks.

The role is home based with flexibility an option.

You will be required to attend team meetings and business review meetings in our Cambridge office from time to time so should be able to travel to the office when needed.

This is a UK based role and the right to live and work in the UK will need to be established during the recruitment process.
