We are actively recruiting for both entry-level Pensions Administrators and experienced Senior Pensions Administrators.


Pensions Administrator:

If you're seeking an entry-level position, the Pensions Administrator role is an integral part of our team. Responsibilities include carrying out various administrative functions, conducting calculations, and ensuring compliance with team targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute automated and manual processes.
  • Conduct calculations and authorize team members' work.
  • Manage workload efficiently to meet targets.
  • Stay updated on relevant pension topics and legislation for personal development.

Senior Pensions Administrator:

For experienced individuals, the Senior Pensions Administrator role involves additional responsibilities. You'll handle complex caseloads, escalate issues, and contribute to meeting targets. This role also provides opportunities to support team management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage administrative functions and handle complex cases.
  • Escalate complex cases to higher levels.
  • Stay informed on pension topics and legislation.
  • Support Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager as directed.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Execute, check, and authorize automated and manual processes.
  • Handle complex cases, escalating as necessary.
  • Communicate with relevant parties regarding queries.
  • Manage workload to meet targets.
  • Stay updated on pension topics, legislation, and scheme developments.
  • Contribute to team meetings and provide training as required.

About You:


  • Working towards or completing the CPC/DPC qualification.
  • Numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of team processes, practices, and objectives.
  • Good knowledge of the pensions administration system.
  • Indepth knowledge of scheme rules, practice, and legislation.
