We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team.

As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and guests.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and equipment.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure costeffective planning.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Create and manage event timelines.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Handle event registration and guest services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any eventday issues.
  • Ensure events align with the company's highquality standards.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • A creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices.
