Working for one of our Evesham based clients, Reed Accountancy are currently looking for a sales ledger /credit controller to provide support to their small accounts team.

You will play a crucial role within the business where your duties will include:

  • Posting bank receipts to Sage & dealing with any discrepancies / short payments
  • Updating daily cash flow spreadsheet
  • Monitoring payments due and follow up late payments.
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Processing sales invoices / credit notes
  • Sending Statements to customers
  • Reconcile Sales Ledger accounts.
  • Updating weekly debt report
  • Processing New Customer Application Forms using Credit Safe reports to credit check & approve a credit limit.


  • Insurance

  • Discretionary Credit Limit keeping up to date reports & schedule.
This role is being offered at 37.5 hours with flexibility on your start and finish time. For example

  • 07:00 15:00 / 09:00 17:00.
Once you have completed your training within the role, hybrid working is offered with 50% home working.
