Account Manager

Salary:
Up to £36,000 D.O.E

Location:
Field-based role

Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Grafton Recruitment are excited to be working with a successful organisation based in York for an Account Manager to join their growing Field Sales Department.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Work in collaboration with other internal departments to deliver the highest level of service to all clients and members
  • Ensure that clients and members are fully aware of the benefits of using the organisation
  • Use marketinggenerated data and communications to support business needs
  • Give the highest possible level of service to all accounts through longterm relationship building with decision makers and people of influence
  • Work individually and as a team to contribute to team targets including member growth, profit growth, and crossselling opportunities
  • Use the business' CRM system to manage the relationship effectively through regular meetings, both face to face and virtually

You will need:


  • At least 3 years' experience in a B2B account management role
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Be confident and selfmotivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Objection handling ability
  • Demonstrable experience achieving budgetary targets
