We are a leading Legal Top 200 Law Firm who are currently looking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, talented and ambitious Solicitor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
- Landlord and tenant matters;
- Managing another two Solicitors and a Trainee
- Possessions and Evictions;
- Rent arrears and reviews;
- Boundary disputes;
- Easements, breach and creation; and
- Applications to the Land Tribunal or Lease Tribunal
- Have previous exposure within Property Litigation and Disputes.
- A sound knowledge of Property Litigation
