Here's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the friendly team at First Response Group for a high-profile event space based in central London.


Key responsibilities of the Duty Manager include:

  • protecting the integrity, security, and safety of the site, its employees, guests, and visitors
- protecting the company's assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
- investigating security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour
- responding to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
- completing reports and record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- ensuring compliance with government regulations
- ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- delivering high levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group

Essential Skills:


  • Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Must have a valid CCTV Operators Licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Fully comprehensive 5year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS785
  • Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in highprofile / highfootfall environments
  • Have a high level of selfpresentation
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
