    Role Overview:

    • Project Assessment:Evaluate all project stages, from cost estimates to risk management.
    • Regular Inspections:Conduct monthly site visits to monitor progress, adherence to budget, and schedule.
    • Collaboration:Work with valuers, solicitors, and stakeholders to produce comprehensive reports.
    • Reporting:Prepare detailed progress and financial reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Risk Management:Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies to safeguard client interests.

    Key Responsibilities:
