Key Structures, London's leading Marquee supplier, is recruiting for a full time Marquee Foreman position to join their dynamic, hard working team.

Established in 2008 and based in Wimbledon, the business is ideally located to service the thriving London events market.

With a committed team, 15 years of experience and a growing client base servicing corporate, private and government related events this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Shifts are generally 8am till 5pm but this will vary and could be starting from 7am. You will need to be able to commute daily to and from the Wimbledon Park depot.

The following is a summary of the main duties and responsibilities in the role.

Main Duties

Supervising the safe build and dismantle of Marquees and Temporary Structures
Managing installation teams of between 8 crew (site/project dependent)
Maintaining the high standards of work and finishing required
Conducting Tool Box Talks and ensuring staff are working within H&S guidelines
Liaising with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed within schedule
Communicating with clients on site
Responsible driving of 3.5t Vehicles

Key Skills

A full UK Driving License
Strong Leadership and communication skills
Attention to detail and aversion to cutting corners
A proactive approach to problem solving and working through issues in a methodical and practical way.
Good Health and Safety knowledge and awareness

Desirable Skills (not essential and training can/will be provided).
