Planning Officer needed in Bovey Tracey £31.00ph ref

Full time office based on a temporary basis


This role will involve:

  • Advising applicants, agents, members of the public, Authority Members and Parish/Town Councils on all planning related matters.
  • Dealing with development management casework and other related matters, in accordance with adopted policies and procedures.
  • The monitoring of developments and the investigation and resolution of alleged unauthorised developments including dealing with associated development management case work in accordance with adopted policies, procedures and the Enforcement Code of Practice.
  • This will be through an integrated team based approach and as determined by the Head of Development Management.
