Trilogiq UK / The Tube & Bracket Company are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our established industry leading company.

This position has become available due to the opening of our new office just outside Cannock.

The purpose of this role is to support the business in delivering its sales targets, exceed customer expectations & build key customer relationships in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Growing our brand & generating new business using market research, warm leads & social media.
• Achieve and maintain a strong understanding and knowledge of our products and services.
• Providing quotations via our website & directly.

• Assisting with aftersales

• Ensuring all customers are satisfied with the service offered.
• Working closely with UK Area sales team & internal sales across other worldwide branches

This role would be ideal for an individual who has excellent customer service skills & a positive can-do attitude.


Desirable Attributes

• Computer literate, with good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Word, Excel
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• A good attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks & work independently.
• Understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & other sales development tools.
• Sales experience

- ideally within Business to Business.

• Honest, Punctual & reliable.
