Italian speaking Customer Service Agent needed- Work for a global jewellery brand
About Our Client:
You will work for a huge, global jewellery brand who would look brilliant on your CV. They have modern, hybrid working, along with a fun and supportive workforce.
As the Italian speaking Customer Service Representative in London, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving customer problems
- Placing orders and completing sales
- Recommending and upselling where appropriate
- Administration onto the order system
The Successful Applicant:
- Customer Service experience
- Speak Italian and English fluently
- Ideally a contact centre background
- No holiday planned between now and the end of the year
