Italian speaking Customer Service Agent needed

About Our Client:

You will work for a huge, global jewellery brand who would look brilliant on your CV. They have modern, hybrid working, along with a fun and supportive workforce.

As the Italian speaking Customer Service Representative in London, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer problems
  • Placing orders and completing sales
  • Recommending and upselling where appropriate
  • Administration onto the order system

The Successful Applicant:


  • Customer Service experience
  • Speak Italian and English fluently
  • Ideally a contact centre background
  • No holiday planned between now and the end of the year
