We are pleased to be supporting a Local Authority in its search for a Project Surveyor, to support the Planned Maintenance Manager
.

In this role of Project Surveyor you will provide technical assistance and promote continuous improvement in working methods, building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


The Project Surveyor Contract details:


  • Temporary role on going minimum of 6 months
  • Paid weekly via umbrella
  • Hourly rate: £27£33
  • Flexibility
  • Location: Bristol
  • Agile working

Main Responsibilities for the Project Surveyor role:

  • Technically survey repairs work for property services, diagnosing property needs and confirming the actions required by providing detailed work specifications or using NHF S.O.R's.
  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of the latest statutory health and safety compliance and guidance, including HHSRS and ensure works are CDM compliant
  • Prepare specifications and gather quotes for work falling outside the schedule of the rates process in line with the association's financial policies and procedures and procurement regulations.
  • Ensure all property and work records are up to date and relevant, utilising the relevant DS system.
  • To carry out asset inspections and stock condition surveys to enable the implementation of appropriate works and improvements, create works schedules and provide advice to incumbent and existing residents and colleagues as appropriate.
