Service Manager - Fakenham -

Basic Salary -£35,000 -

OTE - £50,000 -

No Weekends -

Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in Fakenham have the requirement for an experienced Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.


Responsibilities
As a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' Service Manager / Aftersales Manager Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:


  • Franchised Dealership Experience
  • Kerridge

Remuneration & Benefits:


  • Basic Salary of £30,000 £35,000
  • On Target Earnings £45,000 £50,000
  • Extensive Benefits Package

Working Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8.30am 5.30pm
