The Person
We are looking for someone dynamic who wants to work as part of a wider commercial team to deliver excellence


You must be:

Role duties and responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive at Kent Pharma include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop efficient and sound marketing plans.
  • Working cross functionally to assist in the successful launching of new products into the Wholesale and Hospital Channels.
  • Manage external databases to ensure all product information is current and kept up to date.
  • Work with senior leadership team and commercial to optimise the use of social media and website content to deliver appropriate corporate messaging to raise awareness of Kent Pharma and enhance reputation.
  • Organise and manage external events including trade shows in the UK and Ireland.
  • Prepare document briefs and liaise with third party agencies for the creation of new product information, manage version control and distribution.
  • Marketing administration duties including proof reading, managing enquiries from a variety of internal and external sources, compiling reports and presentations when required.
  • Market research activities to gather insights to better understand competitor activity, target customer groups and product positioning.
  • Work collaboratively with our Regulatory Department to ensure all communications and materials meet strict criteria and compliance.
  • Complete templates for Transfer of Values accurately and on time for approval and publication. Ensure relevant HCP contracts are completed, approved, and filed and that all relevant records are maintained.

You must have:

  • 3+ years professional experience, does not have to be in a similar role but must have transferable skills (E).
  • Excellent technology skills, Excel, and PowerPoint a must (E).
  • Experience working cross functionally and building trust with peers and other team members across the wider organisation (E).
  • Able to lead, prioritise and manage multiple projects (E).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (E).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite desirable but not essential (D).
  • Pharmaceutical experience desirable but not essential (D).
  • Knowledge of managing social media channels (D).
  • Brand champion brand management (E).
  • Brand planning experience; developing brand strategies (E).
  • Marketing across different channels including digital and field force promotion (E).
  • Working with sales forces (D).
  • Collating reports from multiple sources, analysis (D).
  • Partnering with customers and stakeholder groups such as patient associations, charities, and professional organisations (D).

Other Requirements

  • A valid Passport* as some European travel may be necessary for external events, trade shows, meetings, conferences, etc.
