About The Role***We have a vacancy for a Part Time Stores Person to join our team in Manston, Kent.

You will be working 15 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday, hours are between 7:00am till 3:00pm.

Main Duties:

To deliver chilled food stock on site to the allocated client holding areas
Ensure vehicle is checked and maintained correctly, reporting any defects or issues.
Ensure stock levels are kept to standard throughout the catering building.
Monitor the unit delivery fridges & freezers and undertake daily HACCP monitoring records.
Liaise with suppliers and handle queries relating to delivery and stock discrepancies
To undertake all aspects of cleaning within the Catering department that includes the Stores area and the Fridges & Freezers to the Company's standard according to the cleaning rota or as directed.
Ensure stock rotation is correctly completed following each delivery.
To place orders, using the OCS online ordering supplier tool as requested by Head Chef/Catering Manager/ Catering Co-Ordinators
