Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in private client required to join our busy and well-respected legal client in Colchester.

As Legal executive you will be joining their well-respected Wills, Trust and Probate Team in providing legal support in a range of services to help guide individuals at this difficult time.

It is essential to be considered for this position that you have a strong understanding of Wills, Trust and Probate as well as other legal matters involved within this.

The Role

Working in a busy Wills,trust and probate team
Provide a wide range of services to guide individuals to make decisions regarding their personal and financial affairs to enable them to plan ahead
Assist families following a bereavement.
Providing legal support for Wills, Trust, Inheritance Tax planning, Probate, Planning future care and Powers of Attorney
Handling and managing own caseload
Deliver succinct, highquality advice

The Person

Must possess a minimum of 2 years PQE legal in private client
Strong understanding of Wills, trust, probate, inheritance tax, powers of attorney and planning future care
Outgoing, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player
Ideally have experience in handling and managing their own caseload, appropriate to their level of experience.
Possess excellent client and team communication skills.
Happy to travel to companies' other sites if required
