Description

Small established Private Practice in Surrey are looking for a Private Client solicitor to complete their team.
All Soliciitors within the company are STEP accredited and demonstrates the attainment for progression.

You will need to be a good all rounderproviding Wills & Probate advice, disputed estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, advice to elderly clients, Inheritance Tax advice, general tax and Court of Protection (this list is not limited).

The needs can be met through one 5 Year+ PQE Solicitor or 2 x NQ - 2 Yr PQE

Salary and benefits are dependent on experience (reflect market rate +)
