We're looking for a Maintenance Surveyor that can execute damp and mould surveys for a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area.

The role will be focused on independent working and travelling to local properties for pre and post inspections.

As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will be:

  • Focused on the Damp and mould in the local community
  • Interacting with tenants
  • Keeping a high customer service standard
  • Surveying General works and repairs

As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will need:

  • Previous experience in surveying or inspections
  • An understanding in damp and mould and general surveying
  • Qualifications in Surveying or Construction
