Export Sales Director

Location:
Camberley

Hybrid work with at least 3 days a week in the office

Salary:
up to £90,000 per annum plus OTE bonus and a company car or allowance

An opportunity to make a difference with a well-established worldwide manufacturer and supplier of product inspection equipment used in numerous industries worldwide.

Main duties:

Being part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of export sales managers with the focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The role:

Taking a strategic approach in leading your team of export sales managers
Working together with the distribution partners building strong relationships
Be in charge of generating income across the distribution network identifying new opportunities where necessary
Collaborate with key customers and retailers understanding their needs in order to support product development
Meet targets by developing and delivering sales strategies
Search for ongoing improvements in dealing with the distribution network providing insight to the internal departments
Be responsible for recruiting and training sales managers as well as evaluate individual performances
Analyse financial data in order to make decisions which ensure business needs are met
Experience in leading and managing a sales team essential
Business to business experience working within a capital equipment sales environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build good relationships
Excellent leadership skills
Dynamic, ambitious and able to work under pressure
