Our relationship with this fantastic Blue Chip food group continues to go from strength to strength, we are now currently supporting a restructure for one of their sites based in Middlesex.

Due to internal changes my client needs to add a new Production Shift Lead to the management team, reporting to the Lead Production Manager your role will be focused on managing and developing and existing shift team, ensuring that Health & Safety, Quality and Food Safety standards are maintained to high level during the manufacturing & packing process.

This is a Monday to Friday role and you will work a weekly rotating shift (wk1 6am -3pm and wk2 3pm - 11pm), there is no nightshift work required.

Salary is up to £40k, plus bonus, pension and 33 days holiday

This is an opportunity to really make a difference, drive change and continuous improvement within an impressive manufacturing facility.
