The Business Support Executive is an exciting role that will focus on supporting the Director Fleet Technical Support and Operational Development (Director FTS & OD) in delivering Operational Excellence.
You will be part of the Engineering Team working on a day shift based but working flexibly across our Waterside head office or Engineering base in Technical Block C at Heathrow.
As a member of the Operational Excellence team, you will be responsible for supporting the Director FTS & OD with administration and business functions.
We are looking for a proactive and flexible individual who can work in a fast-moving and time-constrained environment yet be comfortable working under pressure.
You will need to an individual that is confident in making decisions as well as being an effective and influential communicator within the department and with stakeholders across the business.
You will need to have excellent computer literacy skills particularly Microsoft 365 as well as having excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
The role supports a wide range of tasks for the Director FTS & OD and wider team, including the coordination of recruitment, reporting and record keeping.
