**The Role - Teaching Assistant
**For this role, I am actively recruiting for a resilient and hard-working Teaching Assistant to work closely with post 16 students who have Autism and challenging behaviour. The role will require you to work closely with the students, building a rapportwith them by providing academic and emotional support. You will need to work closely with students who are above the age of 16, have been diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum, have Complex Needs and challenging behaviour. Therefore, it is essential for the idealTeaching Assistant to have experience working with children or young people who have ASD, Complex Needs or challenging behaviour.

**ASD School - Teaching Assistant
**This thriving ASD school is located in Uxbridge, Hillingdon and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, classsizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
