THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for:

Managing the delivery of a wide range of marketing campaigns from single channel to fully integrated multichannel campaigns for clients across various sectors including retail, finance, healthcare, and more.
Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
Managing client and senior stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights that impact both our clients' businesses.
Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their market and business needs, and being able to proactively identify new opportunities that will drive revenue growth and maximise profitability for our clients.

THE PERSON

Ideally, you'll have:

A minimum of two years' experience in a clientfacing or strategic role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
Experience working with digital marketing channels including, PPC and SEO.
A natural ability for building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A proven track record of onboarding new clients and scaling the partnership by increasing investment levels and broadening the scope of the services you provided the client.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate insights clearly and confidently.
A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments
