We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for vehicles to join our team as a Warranty Administrator.

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with manufacturersand repair shops.

Responsibilities
Ensure completion of Warranty work and associated paperwork

Make sure all warranty costs are recovered from the manufacturer as appropriate.

Work closely with the manufacturer, and in-house team.

Maintain excellent levels of customer service as expected by the business.

Inputting, processing and checking of data.


Qualifications

  • Previous Warranty Administrator.
  • Previous automotive experience

Salary and Benefits

  • Up to £33k Basic OTE £36k
