Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced admin team within Torbay and South Devon Health Care Trust.

We are a friendly team of 6 co-ordinators working within the evolving Resourcing Hub who provide a broad range of vital services across the organisation.

You will be part of a team that delivers a valuable 7 days a week service which makes a vital difference to staff and patient safety and experience within the trust.

We are seeking to appoint a full time Staffing Coordinator to provide a comprehensive, flexible and efficient staffing service, working in partnership with operational managers and key stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.

You will be part of a team that provides a temporary staffing service to cover approximately 10,000 shifts per month and be the first point of call for roughly 2000 temporary (bank) workers.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" approach to the services we provide.

We can offer you full time hours on a permanent basis with the support of continued ongoing professional development.
