Lead Web Developer - JavaScript, , or , AWS, SQL Database, TDD - c£80k pa

Our national client are looking for a Lead Web Developer to join their expanding team and help define and drive the development roadmap.

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate solutions and designs to developers and business stakeholders
Act as the bridge between developers and Heads of Department and ensure the implementation of scalable and sustainable solutions
Oversee and participate in the implementation of technical designs including writing excellent quality production code.
Drive the design, build of new data models and data pipelines to support the Index operational data store
Drive data quality and lead the delivery of user interfaces, dashboards and visualisation
Lead and mentor developers of all levels of experience in good software design, coding and modern SDLC
Ensure data governance and information security polices and standard are adhered in the target solution
Responsible for assessing requirements, driving solution definition, leading testdriven development and implementation

It is expected that you will have several years experience of Web Development within a dynamic environment working with - JavaScript, , or , AWS and SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL or similar)

**The role will initially be a hybrid role - 2/3 days a week in the office leading to a full WFH role.
