    Transformative Growth Partner Sought for Industry-Leading AI Platform

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to help our Fortune 50-100 customers achieve success with Writer, our full-stack generative AI platform. This role requires someone who is comfortable navigating complex customer relationships and driving value across multiple stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meticulously manage programs that drive adoption, business value, and retention for our clients.
    • Ensure accountability for Gross and Net dollar retention rate targets for assigned customers.
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cross-sell, and upsell.
    • Develop and processify onboarding materials, including decks, Looms, and emails, to support large-scale deployments.
    • Analyze product usage data to provide actionable insights to customer champions and the Product team.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in a CSM role, with a focus on Fortune 50-100 accounts.
    • Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-touch, white-glove service to large, key accounts.
    • Experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-Level.
    • Familiarity with editorial processes, Content Marketing, Technical Writing, or UX teams is a plus.
