We are looking for a
Head Bar Person.

This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Operations Manager and the Lounge Manager.

Working pattern will include late shifts and weekends.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

As a Head Bar Person, you will be:

Responsible for the preparation and creation of classic and innovative drinks which exceed guest needs and expectations in order to deliver an excellent guest experience.
Required to assist and manage the bar stock.
Conduct whiskey and gin experiences to our guests.
Looking for opportunities to create personalised experiences to our guests.
Assist the management team in delivering beverage training to the service team.
Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness in the bar area.

The original building and its iconic features will be respectfully renovated, transforming it into an exclusive retreat on Edinburgh's most famous street.

With uninterrupted views of Edinburgh Castle, 100 Princes Street will replicate the boutique atmosphere of its sister property, Hotel 41, the most-loved hotel in London and TripAdvisor's number one hotel in the English capital for over 10 years.
