Position Summary
The Tenant Support Team is seeking a Tenant Support Officer to join our team.

This position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to surveying, including:

Performing duties related to surveying, including repair costs, calculating, and reporting clear and detailed information.

Calculating the amount of property damage.
Performing duties related to surveying, including measuring, calculating, and drawing plans and plans of subdivision.
Performing duties related to surveying, including preparing reports on the basis of information provided by others.

Requirements:

Must understand the basic fundamentals of livable housing conditions and repairs. Knowledge of rising damp, dangers of mould and risks associated with leaks within the residential property

The Role:
You'll be tasked to find and help Social and Council housing tenants with the repairs to their properties. Many have reported these issues but with little response - it's your job to help those tenants receive compensation and most importantly, get the repairs they need to live a happy and healthy life

Salary:
From £1,200.00 per week
