Financial Planner - Client book and new Leads provided - Employed role, basic salary to £35K - Year 1 Expected Earnings £50K - Manchester (home based)
Our client are a growing firm of Financial Planners with Advisors right across the UK.

They provide whole of market financial advice to clients in the areas of retirement planning, investments, protection, Tax planning, Mortgages and Protection, with solutions tailored to the client and their personal requirements.

The company have around 25-30 staff and are a fast growing firm of Advisors. They are currently looking for motivated individuals who can become part of their journey.


The role:

  • Their current requirement is for a Financial Planner to take over and develop a client book from a retiring financial planner who will be gradually stepping away from their role over the coming years.
  • You will initially inherit around 50% of the client book (£10M AUM) which will allow the current Advisor to reduce their workload.
  • You will be passed the other 50% of the client book over the next couple of years as the Advisor winds down.
  • You will also be passed regular, prequalified leads from the company, with 23 client appointments per week. This will allow you to grow your client base, focusing on quality of the meetings and advice rather than worrying about networking and business development.
  • All clients will be prequalified prior to the meeting by the company and you will be provided with a minifactfind meaning that conversion rates are very high compared to average
  • Advisors also receive full support in terms of Paraplanning, Admin, Compliance.

Requirements:


  • You will have previous client facing experience, ideally providing Financial Advice to private clients in all areas including Pensions and Investments
  • This is the ideal role for an Advisor who wants to focus on quality client meetings, building their own client base and increasing their earnings potential.

On Offer:

  • Employed contract with a new starter on around 3035K plus Pension, DIS, Mileage allowance
  • They pay a monthly Bonus
  • Bonus is worked out on 3X Salary (Trail & New Business figures are included) 30% Bonus thereafter
  • They are full flexible with hours and this is a 100% working from home position

Expected earnings within the company:

  • Senior Advisors are earning over £150K per year
  • Average advisors who have been there 4+ years £8090K
  • Year expected £45 to £50K as much of your target will be hit by retaining existing clients
