Accounts Assistant/Administrator
Stewart Trailers manufactures high specification agricultural trailers for the UK and overseas markets. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Assistant at our busy office near Inverurie.


Requirements:

You will have relevant experience working in a busy office environment

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Sage 50 Accounts

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Due to our location you must have a clean driving licence and your own transport


Skills & Personal Attributes:

You must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Self-motivated, flexible and able to work on your own initiative

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a cheerful, friendly and courteous nature

You will be keen to take on additional responsibility and lend a hand when required


Duties Include:

Assisting Accountant with producing sales invoices and processing purchase invoices

Purchasing of required goods and services

General office duties:
management of documentation including updating spreadsheets, filing, Document Control etc

Acting as first point of contact to visitors

Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Overseeing site amenities and maintenance requirements as required

Organising catering for meetings, stocks of general office supplies, and keeping the kitchen and public areas tidy


Hours:
Approximately 24 hours per week by arrangement


Salary:
Negotiable depending on skills and experience

Part-time, Permanent
