Our client are a manufacturing business based in Luton that are looking for someone to join the business on an interim to permanent basis.

This opportunity is a great chance to work alongside a decorated CFO within a growing organization with impressivegrowth plans over the next 2 years.

The duties of this Interim Finance Manager will include:

Being lead finance point of contact for ERP implementation
Business partnering with various heads of departments in order to gather relevant information for process improvements and reports
Overseeing a team of 2 finance assistants and supporting them with improving processes
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Development of variance analysis reporting to help drive operational efficiency and company profitability
Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
Preparation of weekly cashflow forecast
Preparation and submission of quarterly UK Vat returns
ACCA/CIMA/QBE Qualified
Manufacturing background would be highly favourable
Strong management and leadership skills
Team player with proactive approach
Proven track record for system development / ERP implementation & improvement
