In return for your hard work you will...
Receive salary of up to £9 - £11 per hour depending on experience.


Key requirements

  • We have day and night shifts available which will include alternative weekend works.
  • Ideally you will need to have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a care of the elderly role.
  • You will need to provide an enhanced DBS and be fully vaccinated or have evidence of medical exemption.


The Healthcare Assistant will work under direct or indirect supervision of nursing staff, ensuring overall care and safety to the patient.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be required to deliver a high quality of care to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
  • You will be required to comply with all regulatory requirements for delivery of care, health and safety.
  • You will be expected to report and communicate effectively ensuring essential information is recorded and relayed appropriately.
  • You will be involved in patients' care, support and assist with the activities of daily living, work with the Pharmacy Team to help them fulfill their daily tasks and you will be encouraged to take the lead on well being promotion clinics.

About You


We could give you the opportunity to develop in to a specialist healthcare assistant role and benefit to the service i.e.

personal care, mobility, emotional support, physical therapy exercises, shopping and cases of emergency to name a few.


What do we need from you so you can do the job?
In order for you to be successful in this position, you will need to have an

  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant and personal assistant of minimum 6 months
  • NVQ in Health Care Level 1, 2, 3 or Care Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills who is friendly, flexible and adaptable in your approach.
  • The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

All of our staff are vaccinated, doing PCR test on weekly basis and following all the SOP's provided by NHS.
