_Part-time Book Keeper_
About the Job
The Seaglaze Group are seeking an experienced part-time Book Keeper. The role is office based in Rackheath. Duties include;
- Daily banking and cash flow reporting
- Payments to supply chain etc.
- Reconciling credit card payments, online payments/receipts
- Managing the corporate credit card returns on monthly basis
- Petty cash/expenses transactions
- Credit control issue of letters and end of month statements to customers
- Cash flow forecasting
- VAT/PAYE returns
- Dealing with general finance queries from customers/supply chain
- Other duties to be confirmed as role develops
- Assisting with the month end finance admin
Qualifications / Experience
You will need to have a 'can do' and positive attitude, have great interpersonal and problem-solving skills as you will provide support to other departments, plus excellent organisational and time-management skills.
