A Senior Lead Teacher is required with special school experience as part of the middle leadership team.

This role requires a qualified full-time or part time teacher who is passionate and driven to ensure pupils receive the best possible education, positiveand creative, with a flexible approach, forward-thinking, inspirational, and receptive to change, able to work within the larger school team and manage a small team of class staff and able to respond to challenging behaviour with sensitivity and resilience.
