Outstanding opportunities to join a well-recognised Legal 500 firms residential property team in Central Cardiff who enjoy strong client relationships which form the basis of their longevity within the region.

The team provide high quality expert adviceand due to their sustained success are looking to recruit from paralegal level through to Senior Associate Solicitor and/or Legal Executive.


The property team deal with a high level of quality work within a fast paced environment so the successful applicants will be used to managing their own caseload and deal with a broad range of conveyancing matters with strong technical knowledge in freehold& leasehold, shared ownership and New Build or as a Paralegal you should be able to support the fee earners in progressing their busy caseload.
