Looking for an exciting and rewarding role in education? Look no further than our wonderful school in Leighton Buzzard We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Cover Supervisor to join one of our lovely schools.

As a Cover Supervisor at our school in Leighton Buzzard, you will be responsible for:

Covering lessons in the absence of a teacher, ensuring that students are engaged and making progress in their learning.
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive and safe learning environment for students.
Delivering preprepared lessons and resources, ensuring that students are able to achieve their learning objectives.
Supporting the school's values and ethos, and promoting a culture of excellence and achievement amongst students.
Building positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, and providing feedback on student progress and behavior.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You should also have a minimum of GCSE grade C in Maths and English, and a relevant degreeor teaching qualification would be advantageous.
