Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Take messages and relay them accurately
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite for document preparation
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
£26,700.00-£38,619.89 per year
