Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Take messages and relay them accurately
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite for document preparation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£26,700.00-£38,619.89 per year

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
