Group Board Assistant to join our friendly Company Secretarial team here in
Letchworth Garden City. This is a Hybrid position, working full time Monday to Friday, on a permanent basis.

**So as a
Group Board Assistant, what will you be doing?
  • You will be supporting the Group Managing Director in a Personal Assistant capacity including full diary management, call screening, admin and booking travel/accommodation. You will also provide PA and admin support to our Altro Floors Sales & Marketing Director and Operations Director. You will assist the preparation for Group Board and Executive Committee Meetings including diarising and arranging the meetings, preparing board packs and presentations, and writing up meeting minutes.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a PA role ideally for Board Level or Senior Leadership Teams. Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal) are key, as well as being a flexible, team player with a positive attitude. Although not essential, experience of working within a Manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.
